Partner program terms

Version 2. Last updated: 2 August 2026.

Who can be a partner

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. You join the program as an independent business, not as a consumer, and everything you tell us in your application has to be true. One partner account per person. If you apply on behalf of a company, you need the authority to bind it.

We cannot take you on, or pay you, if you appear on a UK, UN, EU or US sanctions list, or if you are based in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions (at the time of writing: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and the occupied regions of Ukraine). We also have to be able to pay you through Wise, PayPal or a bank transfer. If sanctions or payment rails change and paying you becomes illegal or impossible, payouts pause while that lasts, and if it looks permanent we may have to end the partnership.

What you earn

We pay you £2 for every month a subscriber you referred pays for Renda Pro, for up to 12 paid months per subscriber. That is a maximum of £24 per subscriber. There is no limit on how many subscribers you can refer.

The cap counts paid months, not calendar months. If a subscriber cancels and comes back later, those later payments still count toward their 12.

Commission is earned on money we actually collect. A payment that fails, or is never settled, earns nothing. Commission is earned on Renda Pro subscriptions only. The £1 Render Pack does not earn commission.

To say the obvious out loud: we make no promises about how much you will earn. That depends on you and your audience.

When a month counts

A month becomes payable once the payment has been settled for 14 days, which is our refund window. If a payment is refunded, charged back or voided, that month does not count and is removed from your balance automatically.

Chargebacks can arrive months after a payment, well past those 14 days. If a month we already counted, or already paid you for, is later refunded or charged back, we deduct it from your balance or from your future commission.

How referrals are attributed

A signup is attributed to you if the person either arrived through your partner link, or entered your partner code when creating their account or from their account page before their first Pro purchase.

Attribution requires a real person making their own choice: a genuine click on your link, or a code they typed in themselves. Anything that attaches attribution without that earns nothing, whatever the mechanism.

Attribution attaches to their Renda account and does not expire. If someone signs up through your link and subscribes months later, you still earn on it.

Attribution is exclusive and first-claim-wins. An account can only ever be attributed to one partner or one referral code, and it cannot be reassigned afterwards.

You cannot refer yourself. Signups matching your own account or email address are rejected.

Getting paid

We pay monthly, within 15 days of the end of each month, by Wise, PayPal or bank transfer, whichever you chose. A payout can slip past that if a payment provider rejects or delays the transfer. We will tell you if that happens.

There is a £25 minimum. Balances below it roll over to the following month. If you leave the program, or we end it, we pay out your remaining balance in full regardless of the minimum.

Payouts need working payout details. If we cannot pay you because your details are wrong or out of date, the balance waits for you. If the partnership has ended and we cannot reach you for 12 months, what is left is forfeited.

All payments are in GBP. Any conversion charges or fees on your side are yours. The commission includes any VAT or similar tax that may apply. We do not pay tax on top. If you are VAT registered and think that is wrong in your case, talk to us before invoicing anything.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Renda. Nothing here creates a partnership in the legal sense, a joint venture or an employment relationship. You are responsible for declaring this income and for any tax due in your own country. We do not withhold tax unless a law forces us to, and we will tell you if one ever does.

Free Pro for partners

Active partners get Renda Pro at no charge for as long as their partner status is active. It ends when the partnership ends. If you already pay for Pro, tell us and we'll switch you over rather than leaving you paying for both.

The free subscription is a perk. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and like any perk we can change it for future months with notice. Depending on where you live it may count as taxable income, and declaring it is on you.

Telling people you earn from this

Advertising rules in the UK, US, EU and most other places require you to tell your audience when you earn from a link. So it is also a term of this program: every promotion must say clearly, upfront and before the link that you earn a commission. "Ad", "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link" all work. Vague or buried labels ("aff", "sp", a note at the bottom of a bio) do not. The free Pro subscription counts as compensation too, so disclose it where it is relevant.

If we spot a promotion missing its disclosure, we will ask you to fix it, and you need to do that within 7 days. Regulators hold us responsible for your posts as well as you, so this is one we cannot be relaxed about.

What you can't do

These end the partnership, and unpaid commission with it:

  • Bidding on "Renda", "tryrenda", or close variants and misspellings in paid search.
  • Posting your code to coupon, deal or voucher sites.
  • Paying, rewarding or otherwise incentivising people to sign up rather than recommending the product, including offering to share your commission with them.
  • Self-referral, including through additional accounts or email addresses.
  • Faking attribution: cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, iframes, extensions or scripts that fire your link for people who never chose to click it.
  • Faking demand: bots, click farms, invented identities, or signups paid for with stolen cards.
  • Running your link through sub-affiliate networks, or reselling or renting your code, without our written agreement.
  • Misrepresenting what Renda does, inventing features, implying we endorse or employ you, or making claims about what people earn as partners.
  • Impersonating Renda, registering confusable domains or social handles, or sending unsolicited bulk messages.

The list cannot name every trick. Anything else designed to game attribution or mislead people counts too. We judge that reasonably, and if you think we got it wrong you can tell us why.

Using the Renda name

While you are a partner you may use the Renda name and screenshots of the product to promote it honestly. That permission is non-exclusive, revocable, and ends when the partnership does. It does not cover registering domains, handles or app names containing "Renda" or anything confusingly close, and it does not cover editing our logo into something new.

Suspension and ending the partnership

Either of us can end this at any time, for any reason, in writing. If you end it or we end it without cause, we pay everything you've earned up to that point.

If we believe you have breached these terms, we can suspend you while we look into it. Commission stops accruing during a suspension and payouts pause, for up to 60 days. If the breach is real, the partnership ends and unpaid commission is forfeited. If we were wrong, you are reinstated and paid in full.

Commission already paid stays paid, with one exception: amounts earned through fraud, or on payments that were later refunded or charged back, can be deducted from your balance or, if we have to, recovered.

Referrals you made before the partnership ends stop earning when it ends. They do not continue to the 12-month cap.

Changes to these terms

These terms are versioned, and you are bound to the version in force when you were approved. If we change the commission rate, the cap or the payment terms, the change applies to newly approved partners only.

We can apply a change to existing partners with 30 days' written notice, and it only takes effect if you accept it. If you don't, your existing terms continue until the partnership ends.

Everything else

Renda is operated by Alimio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of England and Wales.

Our general terms of service and privacy policy also apply. Where they conflict with these partner terms, these terms win for anything about the partner program.

Our total liability to you in connection with the partner program is capped at the commission we paid you in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud. It cuts both ways: if a third party brings a claim against us because your promotion broke these terms or the law, you cover what that costs us.

The partnership is personal to you. It cannot be transferred, and neither can your balance. We can transfer this agreement if Renda is sold or restructured, and your terms travel with it unchanged. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Earlier versions of these terms are available by email on request. Questions go to the same person who reads the applications. Just reply to any email we've sent you.
