Questions people ask

When do I get paid?

Monthly, within 15 days of month end, once your balance passes £25. Below that it rolls over. If you leave the program we pay whatever is left regardless.

How do you know a signup came from me?

Your link sets a cookie, so anyone who clicks it is credited to you with no effort from them. They can also type your code at signup. The link covers most of it.

What if someone clicks my link but subscribes months later?

You still get paid. Attribution attaches to their account permanently. It is not a 30 day window that quietly expires.

Does my audience get a discount?

No, and here is the honest reason. Pro is £4.99, so a 20% discount saves someone £1, which persuades nobody, and it would come straight out of your commission. We would rather the money went to you.

What does the twelve month cap mean?

You earn on each subscriber for up to twelve paid months. Someone who stays two years earns you twelve months of commission, not twenty four. It counts paid months, so if they pause and come back, you are still earning.

What happens if someone refunds?

That month does not count. We only pay on payments that stuck, which is why there is a 14 day wait before a month becomes payable.
